Au Ban Marie was founded in 1989, on the philosophy of creating a life abundant in savory taste, maximal health, and one intertwined with nature.

“Au Ban Marie” is a French phrase meaning “warming up in a bath”, indicating the methodology of thawing passionately cooked food using hot water, and not by microwave. We plan, make, and distribute vacuum-packed and delicatessen foods made exclusively from local ingredients harvested in our home region, the great Shizuoka prefecture.
